Effects of Overexposure: Burning sensation in eyes or on skin. Should not be considered hazardous when used as directed. The OSHA PEL limit of 5 ppm is for hydrogen chloride gas.

Procedures if Material is Released or Spilled: Absorb on fire retardant treated sawdust, diatomaceous earth, etc. Shovel up and dispose of at an appropriate waste disposal facility in accordance with current applicable laws and regulations, and product characteristics at time of disposal.
Waste Management: Dispose of according to Federal, State and Local regulations. Toxic Substance Inventory Control Act: All components are included on the TSCA Inventory and are in compliance with the TSCA.
